Three‑Year Fixed‑Price Arbor MIS Package
The offer provides a three‑year support and licensing package for Arbor Perform MIS, designed for both schools already using Arbor and those planning to move from another MIS. It brings together MIS support, specialist consultancy and structured development work at a predictable, fixed cost. It includes:
- A three‑year support and licensing package for Arbor Perform MIS.
Existing Arbor schools can join the offer to secure fixed pricing and enhanced support. Schools migrating from another MIS benefit from a clear, well‑managed transition supported by Schools ICT. - A free migration period from summer 2026 until 31 March 2027.
During this period, schools moving from another MIS will not pay for their Arbor licence or support while still paying for their current system. This ensures that no school is required to double‑pay for MIS licensing or support during transition. - MIS support delivered directly by Schools ICT.
Our team provides day‑to‑day assistance, issue resolution and expert guidance across all core MIS functions. - Greatly discounted rates for training and consultancy.
This includes access to our highly regarded Arbor Improvement Programme, which helps schools make full and effective use of Arbor. The programme focuses on school improvement, improved efficiency and measurable cost savings. We work with schools to reduce reliance on paid add‑ons by moving functionality into native Arbor wherever possible. - Fixed pricing for each of the three years. Giving all schools reliable budget planning and financial stability.
- LGR‑ready pricing and support.
The structure of this offer is not affected by any future Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) changes in Surrey. Schools joining the package will retain the agreed pricing and support arrangements throughout the full three‑year period, regardless of organisational changes affecting the wider local authority landscape.

Arbor Finance Options
Packages for Arbor Finance licence and support are available through Schools Finance (East Sussex), providing schools with an aligned route for financial management alongside their MIS. Arbor is actively working with Surrey schools and Surrey Finance teams to enhance data transfer processes and create bespoke Surrey reporting. This work aims to ensure strong compatibility with local finance requirements and improve the overall efficiency of financial workflows.
