After speaking with Arbor our school agreed to purchase our Arbor Perform MIS licences from the SEGfL/Schools ICT Arbor Perform licence and support service. This has saved our school over £6,000 per year. We already bought the Schools ICT Premier service including MIS support, and once Schools ICT informed us about their new procurement route which helps individual schools and small MATs save money, it was an easy decision to purchase our support and licence all in one place.

We contacted Schools ICT for urgent help regarding a subject access request. They immediately got in touch and explained what they could and couldn’t do. We needed to search our Microsoft 365 email system for messages containing keywords between certain dates. Using the 365 Compliance Portal their senior consultant found the items we required and sent them to us on the same day. Fantastic service all round.
