Collaborative Support works with your existing IT provider, providing enhanced ICT support for your essential administration and MIS systems.

The service offers hardware and software support for your school’s audited administrative server(s) as well as all office computers.

Collaborative Support includes:

  • Service Desk – unlimited telephone, email and remote support for users working on your audited administrative server(s) and all office computers
  • Service Desk – unlimited telephone and email support for all users on any MIS related issue
  • MIS support – Arbor, Bromcom, ScholarPack (licence not included)
  • Up to six on-site visits (on request) to resolve major incidents to your audited server(s) and office computers
  • Microsoft 365 – email support
  • Annual service review meeting and reports
  • Greatly reduced pay-as-you-use (PAYU) prices for additional consultation, on-site support, installation and training
